Indigenous Wellness & Training

Rooted in culture.
Rising with purpose.

Confidence. Empowerment. Self-worth. Hope.

Valcore Wellbriety Inc. delivers culturally grounded wellness and life skills programming for Indigenous women, youth, families, and communities. We believe healing and opportunity must go hand in hand.

"Confidence is not a luxury. It is the first step to everything else."
— Valentina Fenton, Founder  |  Valcore Wellbriety Inc.

Healing first.
Everything else follows.

Valcore Wellbriety Inc. is an Indigenous-owned wellness and training company delivering programs rooted in the Wellbriety framework — a movement of healing and sobriety from within Indigenous communities, for Indigenous communities.

Founded by Valentina Fenton, Valcore exists because we know that confidence, cultural identity, and self-worth are not separate from employment and life skills — they are the foundation. Our programs meet people where they are and walk with them toward where they want to be.

What is Wellbriety?

Wellbriety means sobriety with wellness — it is a movement that goes beyond abstinence to embrace full cultural, emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. Born within Indigenous communities, it honours the belief that true recovery must be rooted in cultural identity and community.

At Valcore, every program is grounded in Wellbriety principles because we know that lasting change does not come from a workbook alone. It comes from ceremony, story, land, connection, and the belief that every person is worthy of a good life.
